Under the More Support for Students with Disabilities National Partnership, a range of initiatives are being implemented in Victorian government schools. One of these is the ‘Strengthening Pathways Deaf Education’ which will incorporate the Transition into Primary School Project (TIPS project).

The TIPS project aims to provide support to deaf and hard of hearing children and their families in making an effective transition into primary schools. This project has been made possible through VDEI’s partnership with Taralye Early Intervention Centre and Aurora School. Jean Moores-Chadwick and Jenny Galloway will be working on the project.
