Overview
This self-paced, fully online Facilitator Training course can only be accessed after successfully completing an Inclusive Classrooms blended learning course. The course provides an opportunity for school-based and regional/area-based staff to learn about facilitating Inclusive Classrooms courses to build the capability of others. It aims to strengthen knowledge, skills, leadership and coaching competencies.
Learning outcomes
- support facilitators to increase the confidence of school staff and improving student outcomes
- support the sustainable delivery of professional learning in their region, area, network or school
- build inclusive practice capabilities and empowering educational professionals to be champions for inclusion
- develop leadership, coaching and presentation skills
- gain access to a range of resources and supports.
Audience
- School-based staff who have successfully completed an Inclusive Classrooms course
- School staff with relevant prior learning or experience, school leaders or emerging leaders
- Regional or area-based staff with relevant qualifications, expertise, and experience (e.g. SSS, Visiting Teachers).
